yesterday and had nasty leg cramps at bedtime last night.

Baking Soda in Water

I remembered my dad putting baking soda in water for muscle problems. So, I put ½ teaspoon of baking soda in a half glass of water and drank it. Within 10 minutes the problem was gone.

Baking Soda a Powerful Source of Magnesium

I researched and found that baking soda is a powerful source of magnesium. I will write more about this soon. Right now I am going to bed.

The major electrolytes found within the body include calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphate and chloride. 

Daily Intake of Bicarbonate of Soda

I decided to increase my intake of baking soda and sea salt.

I think I am getting plenty of the other electrolytes with my greens, cheese, eggs, and fermented vegetables.
